Installing my new 4K tv including programming my new universal remote
I was very satisfied with Vince "the audio guy". He installed my new 55" 4K tv without a hitch - explained what he was doing every step of the way, and persisted until the job was completed perfectly. He provided me with new cables, and even programmed my new international remote for me (awesome little gadget!) Just in case we forgot how to operate it, Vince sent us the steps on my phone. I would not hesitate to recommend Vince to anyone - very professional.
