I hired Charles to take out old potlights and install new ones in a slanted cathedral ceiling. I am very pleased with the results. So much so that I hired him to do other work for me. He is reliable, nice, calm and clean. He leaves the house in the same shape he found it in. He is also thorough - measures everything before he starts, consults with you to ensure you agree with what he is proposing to do before he starts the work. I also found Charles to be honest and trustworthy. If he quotes you a price and something happens along the way, he sticks to his original price. I have no hesitation in recommending him. And I didn't know Charles before. Just took a chance on him. Very glad I did.
