We had ventilation problems and required attic insulation; the best feature was Chris' outstanding communication skills and his expert knowledge. I was given different options based on functionality and cost and together Chris and I came up with the plan forward. On appointment day, Chris contacted me with details of when they would show up and he was within 10 minutes of the agreed time. The work was completed the same day in a professional manner. We are looking at hiring him again next year for a new roof (tiles).
