I recently signed a contract with Aloplast Duke Windows & Doors(Aug. 9, 2010). After I signed I decided to do some more research to make sure I did the right thing. I came to this website and saw the post by Suzan. My contract as well did not say that the windows were energy star rated. I called the company and spoke with a man named Adam. He invited me to come to the factory to see the windows and the certifications. I'm happy that I did. I wanted to take advantage of the government rebate before it ends. The windows were installed about 3 weeks later and the work was fantastic. All the certification stickers came on the windows so that I knew that they were. The price was a little high but I'm happy with the way it all turned out in the end. Robert
