I'm not typically one to write reviews, but in this instance I felt it was important to share my experience in having Frank inspect our dream home. In a nutshell, Frank exceeded my expectations (and I have high expectations)... he arrived early and started inspecting the exterior of the house, was extremely thorough and detail oriented, used the latest technology, took the time to point out items that needed immediate attention and items that could pose a problem in the future, provided preventative maintenance advice and inspected the home as if it were his own. Frank was very professional and took the time to go the extra mile by crawling into tight spaces, explain his observations in non-trade lingo, and prepared a very thorough report within hours after completing the inspection. He was very accessible after providing our report to answer our questions and to provide advice. Hands down, I would hire Frank again in a heartbeat and WILL be recommending him to friends, family and co-workers.
