We recently moved house and wanted to know whether the existing equipment was suitable. After doing some research on the internet, we called several contractors to come out to the house for a quote and to review the system and spell out what our options were. We found that Richard was very informative and able to answer all of our questions. He reviewed the different options and explained how each one worked. He didn't try to upsell to equipment that we didn't need. Also, we had several questions about the different air-filter systems and even before we had selected Core Temp to perform the work, Richard always made himself available to discuss the different options with us. When it came time for the installation work, Richard and his team were punctual and very considerate.
