Found out boiler not working 3 days before passing the property to a tenant. Booked with Hoerner managed to send a technician (Nick) within 2 days. It turned out to be a very simple fix and Nick was very professional and helpful in explaining the possible causes of the problem and offered a discount as well. We will definitely have them over to clean up the boiler later.

Just want to express our gratitude to Paul. We intended to have him clean the ducts at our house. However with a hybrid system (Force Air + High Velocity) installed, Paul could not complete the entire job on his own because he did not have the required equipments. Instead of doing half the job himself and have us hired another company to clean the high velocity ducts, he referred us to another company which can handle both systems. He even promised to find me another company if this referral doesn't workout.

Hey Alice, thanks for providing some feedback. Although I really didn't do any service for you, other than recommend a company that could get both systems cleaned. I guess this post just shows my honesty, and sometimes instead of doing half a job just to get some quick cash, as some companies do, I rather you hire another professional company that can accomodate both systems. Did you end up finding a company that did the work? As of late October, i've actually purchased new equipment to allow me to do jobs where normal access is restricted. If you are still requiring this service, feel free to give me a shout 647-234-3828. I'll actually give you a call tomorrow and follow up with you, because if I recall, I had come out in late July early August to do the work.
