Just wanted to pass on to you my comments in regards to our yearly maintenance service. The service technician, Emmauel George was excellent. Very knowledgeable. Also gave me some tips in regards to the furnace. The cost actually includes the cost of a replacement filter and maintenance for next year. Would not change companys.
