My wife and I used Michael / 4Sight Inspections Inc. for the Home Inspection of a resale home we're looking to buy in Ajax. It was my wife that found Michael and I had no interaction with him prior to the day of the Home Inspection. It didn't take long to warm up to him not only because of his easy going demeanor, but more so because every step of the way he was educating us. He helped us understand areas of potential issue in the future and steps we could take to mitigate the problem. I was so at ease with him that it got to the point where I started chatting more with the current owners of the home rather than following Michael throughout the house because I trusted his professionalism and thoroughness. Even more so, I was extremely pleased with a comment my wife shared while I was busy chatting with the owners. Michael went into the attic and when his review was completed, he vacuumed the little bit of dust / dirt that he created and told my wife he always likes to leave the home in the same state that he found it.
