Toilet repair and then install
At first the guy came out and he was good but the pice seemed high. I had him go ahead because I thought the job wa larger than it ended up being. I paid, but I called the office as I felt 500 was closer to the price of a toilet and I was pretty unhappy. The office though called back and offered to apply the previous repair charges to the install of a brand new toilet. The difference was just over $100 and now o have a great toilet. A bumpy ride with a happy ending, they work through their pro lems instead of hiding from it. I'll have them back.

Hi there Eric, thanks for the review, I remember the issue well. For those unfamilliar, Eric had us come over and quote specifically on the repair of the toilet, which required a complete overhaul. Now, I'm glad we were able to help you out, unfortunately mistakes do happen and it seems one happened in this situation - we should have quoted the price to replace the toilet straight out, and it appears we did not, for which I'm quite sorry.
Thanks for taking the time to call in to the office to get this sorted out, as you mentioned, we took great joy in being able to get this issue sorted out for you, and now you've got a brand new toilet!
