I have dealt with this company for many years now. And I have to say it is so hard to find someone in Vancouver area that is so reliable and pleasant to deal with. Whenever I asked for roof repair Greg was very helpful and dealt with any emergency right away. He is very professional and he brings his camera with him all the time so that he can send you photos of the roof damage and you can see any damage and the repair afterwards.

Thanks Vittoria. It is a pleasure working with you. I can't imagine sending an invoice out without providing proof of work and the education that comes along with it. It is an aspect of customer service that I feel is mandatory and critical. Hopefully those raccoons will not return to your roof now that the pathway they used is removed.
