We hired Joe and his son David to do a concrete pad for a new garage as well as a separate driveway. In meeting them it was very clear that these guys care about what they do and take pride in their work. They poured and finished almost 30 m of concrete and everything turned out fantastic. We couldn't recommend them more.
Warranty a total waste of time.
Bought a 'half price' mattress for $1600.00 and just over 4 years later it's sagging so much our backs are killing us. After calling the store they put us in touch with the warranty people who had us fill out this detailed report online that included photos of the mattress with a straight pole across it so show the indents, which in our case showed over an inch in the areas we lay. Entered everything a month ago and got a nice email saying that someone would contact us within 2 days. Still haven't heard from them so I just went into the warranty system and was shocked to see that all they did was change the file from 'processing' and then to 'denied' and then to 'complete' without contacting me at all. Nice.
