Replacement windows throughout home
We paid top dollar for new, high quality, insulated and easy-clean windows. The windows hinge inward to permit cleaning without external ladders. After a single cleaning, the windows would no longer lock or stay open. All the hinges snapped like flimsy twigs. Moncado was happy to take our money and refused to take our calls about the breakage. We paid top dollar for these windows and had to replace them all a year later (with a different company).

The windows you are referring to are call single or Double hung Tilt. A common mistake some people make when tilting these windows, for the first time for cleaning, is usually not opening the window up high enough before trying to tilt them.
It is unfortunate that you had to replace these windows with another company when it sounds like all they needed was replacement parts. Our windows have a life time warranty guarantee which we stand by. We would have no reason to not set up an appointment for a repair if you did contact our office.
