Chris and his guys were very professional. His prices were more than fair, and I was very happy to pay when all was complete. He was also flexible with the dates and times, and worked around my schedule. The work was well done, and my house is nice and toasty. My only complaint, and it is minor, is that I requested that the attic hatch be simply covered with poly after they were finished, as I wanted to repaint the attic hatch cover, and his guys used a fairly heavy duty tape to attach the poly, and it ended up taking paint off the walls when we removed it, and left sticky red tape residue. It wasn't a big deal because we're painting that area in a month or two, but it was a letdown after everything else was so great. I chalk that one up to a brain fart. Regardless, I wouldn't hesitate to hire Expert Insulation again.
