Ken and his team did some recent work at our house, rewiring and installing a new electrical panel, updating and installing new receptacles (outlets)and installing new lighting fixtures throughout the house. They did an amazing job. However three things really stood out to us when compared to some other contractors we received quotes from: 1) Ken and his team were extremely professional throughout. He returned calls promptly, asked us questions about what are needs were and gave us his honest opinion on what was needed for the job versus what was unnecessary (and would cost extra money). 2) We had a full cost breakdown of the complete job and there was no guessing as to what the cost of a particular task was. 3) As the job was being done, we were consulted on whether we wanted things changed or were happy with a choice (e.x. The positioning of pot lights and a fixture.)

Tom installed new locks in our home. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and personable. He was also punctual and called the day before the appointment to let me know that an earlier time had opened up and ask if I was interested. He explained what he was doing, and why, as he installed each lock at our home. (Some of the locks needed special adjustment to fit our doors.) We would gladly recommend him to anyone who needs an honest and professional locksmith.
