I've used them twice since they appeared on the scene. Service was bumpy at first as my service request was sitting unclaimed for quite a while and then canceled itself. This was because they only really got going at our first snow storm of the season. But they followed up very well and the next two times worked out very well. I recommend their services. I also liked how the contractor who performed the service uploaded a picture of the completed job.

Touchplow works! When jobs are ordered within a reasonable time depending on the size of the storm and how early you book. People order late and request a plow during a large storm in under 4 hours. LIke New Years with Uber this simply may not be feasible.
Their are a lot less Snow Providers available during a storm then Uber drivers.Equipment is required.
