Work was not done and we were charged $300 - our fridge is still not working and the repairer who was supposed to be expert refused to help. He charged without first giving us an estimate - overall experience very disappointing. We lost $300 - certainly will not recommend this company to anyone

After locating your service call, I can see that we have offered you a FULL refund.
Our business is based on fixing appliances. In times that we can't fix an appliance we lose money. You can understand that we like to fix appliances and not refuse to fix. In your situation the problem was with the compressor which is not worth fixing. Other companies would push you to spend $800 to repair it. We don't think its right.
