the tech arrived at the job my son and I had told him there was some roots in the drain he only cleared the blockage and did not cut the roots. He then asked to be paid and could not provide the amount until he contacted the office, after contacting the office they said it would be an additional $395.00 on top of the $595.0 I had already spent. POOR workmanship. They only have a call center to contact. good luck with these guys. a company that has many names for many reasons, none of which are good
