Our furnace broke during the early morning of Feb. 14. So we woke up to no heat and frigid temps outside. We contacted Enercare after a long wait. They sent a technician who basically did nothing except to find fault in why the furnace/thermostat wasn't working. All he did was a cursory inspection. He didn't fix anything. His recommendations would have been time consuming and expensive. As it turns out he was wrong and in hindsight he appears to be incompetent. After scrambling and getting desperate Air Quality Dunrite was recommended by another company. They answered their phone promptly and had their field technician contact us. It only took him an hour to arrive. His name is Najib. He asked the right questions and zeroed in on the problem and found the part that malfunctioned very promptly. He brought in a camera to inspect the inside of the furnace for any additional repairs that may have been required but thankfully everything was OK. He even showed us the part that malfunctioned on the TV screen. I was very impressed. Najib was very professional, quite knowledgeable, friendly and put us at ease. From the time he arrived to fixing the problem and leaving it only took an hour. I will definitely recommend and call Najib/Air Quality Dunrite for future service calls. Of note, Air Quality Dunrite's diagnostic fee was $30.00 cheaper then Enercare. Bye bye Enercare, you've lost my business.
