T in Brampton

From beginning to end the crew at BYG was fantastic. John spent as much time as was required to get the details just right. He made the suggestion to do stairs around the spa and sink it for more privacy. We never would have thought of that and it looks amazing. Regi took over from John once the project got underway and Aldo was on site every day to make sure things were being done according to his standards. Regi was nothing but professional in handling my million and one questions and emails. Daphne took her time and explained the importance of keeping your pool balanced and made it simple enough for a newbie to understand. Came in right around budget (we made some modifications/upgrades after signing). I actually think Backyard Getaways exceeded my expectations in most areas of this pool build and will be recommending them to my friends who are getting ready to take the "plunge."
