I cannot thank Max enough! I went in today, because my 18 month old son ripped up a couple of transition strips, (a week before we move no less!), and I needed to replace them. Max told me that replacing them would be too expensive, and instead removed the glue, so we could reglue them into place. When I tried to give him money (even as a small thank you tip), he would not accept it. This may seem like a small thing, but to me it was a HUGE deal! While it only took him 10 minutes to do, we were unable to do it ourselves, since we didn't have the proper tools. Things have been really stressful with planning our move, and it seems that everything that can go wrong has been going wrong. This small act of kindness made a huge difference to me. I cannot express my gratitude enough! Business isn't all about money, it's about forming relationships, and these people get that. While I waited, I looked around, and they have a great selection of flooring. If we need to replace any flooring in our new place, I will definitely come back to have them do it. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
