Stephen Kelk came recommended from our real estate agent. Buying a house can be stressful but working with Stephen certainly helped put our minds at rest. He is very approachable, professional and knowledgeable. Be prepared to spend some time with Stephen as he does his work, you will learn a lot about your house. I would not have any problems using Kelk Inspections again. It turns out to be money well spent as he was able to recommend some things that will save us money in the future.
