I hired Sam to do a complete renovation of a very large basement suite in an old house. The work included a new kitchen, two new bathrooms, new closets, new flooring and much more. This was not a straight forward project as renovations in old houses like mine often come with surprises when walls are opened up. Sam handled the challenge exceptionally well and did a fantastic job, always able to deal with the unexpected issues that came up and always keeping me fully updated on progress. I always found him to be honest, reliable and easy to deal with and therefore can highly recommend him.
