Kevin was a very polite, honest and professional technician who went above and beyond to facilitate the repair of our washing machine. He kept in contact with us as well as Miele, letting us know exactly how long the ordering of parts and what the repair would involved. I spoke often with Appliance Service Experts and everyone was very friendly and treated us very well.
