We went to Ted because we were after something akin to an English home buyers report. We ended up with something far superior. Ted went through the entire house meticulously, explaining everything in layman's terms as he went. Nothing was missed. He spent the entire day at the house and a further 2 hours going through his report the next evening. The very detailed report also included a thorough maintenance schedule. In this case Ted's inspection saved us from buying a property that was uninsurable without major structural repairs costing many tens of thousands of dollars. We will not get a home inspection done by anyone else and wouldn't think twice about recommending him.
