I had an emergency on Canada Day as my garage power had gone out and I couldn't open or close the garage door ( that luckily had been left open as I had plugged in my lawn mower and it looks like it tripped the breaker and I was very concerned as we keep our car and a few other items in the garage. I had contacted a few companies but due to the holiday the earlier they were able to schedule an appointment was the next day ( which would have been too late). I call Ali. He was very courteous and accommodating and showed up within about half an hour. We did some extensive diagnostics to determine why power wasn't going to the garage ( while all other rooms had power on). He determined the root cause while keeping me in the loop, as well as offered optional equipment replacement. I was extremely relieved after the the issued had been resolved in a timely manner by Ali. Thanks a million, Ali!

Alexey and Sergei did a great job from start to finish. After we had discussed our required basement renovation that my wife and I had been considering for years (but had our concerns and hesitated to proceed) they graciously and politely reviewed the options available with us, setting our expectations about the necessary requirements in terms of materials and labour to meet and exceed our expectations in terms of budget, timelines, and final design, thereby alleviating any concerns we had had. The basement which used to be at best a warehouse used only for basic utilities (e.g., laundry, furnace, and occasional workout in the small gym located there for lack of a better place) is now well above our expectations and is a pleasure to look at and be in for recreation, relaxation and rivals in our opinion a brand new expensive apartment that would cost well over what we have spent. This was money well spent. This team is excellent, highly professional, and friendly. They kept us well informed throughout the project of any updates and promptly responded to any questions, requests and necessary minor project modification that arose as the project progressed, in order to meet our needs as closely as humanly possible. We would definitely recommend them to anyone considering any renovation project, especially basement finishing. If you're looking to have a project done, and are not sure, then look no further! They are the B-E-S-T and will do their best to meet and exceed your expectations to the best of their ability and make it as cost effective as possible!
