Mr. Mirza performed our home inspection very thoroughly and professionally. He did not rush, took his time to do the inspection, let us know any issues he found and suggested possible solutions. He also suggested how we could reduce energy consumption and precautions that we should be taking during each season of the year even though that wasn't his duty. The inspection report was very professional and organized in a binder he provided. In addition to that, he also provided lots of pictures of the property that was taken during the inspection. I would highly recommend him for your home inspection.
