Our installer Eren was a pleasure to work with. He is a courteous professional, both on the phone and in person. He arrived at the scheduled time and reviewed the details of the job with us, listening carefully to our concerns and answering our questions. He and his assistant then got to work. In a well organized manner they proceeded to remove the old eavestroughs and downspouts. They worked steadily to assemble and install the new ones. Upon completion they tidied the area and took away all of the debris. We are very satisfied with the installation and would highly recommend Eren, as he appears to genuinely care about doing quality work.
