Michael came on time and fully prepared for our pre purchase home inspection. We had a previous experience with a very negative home inspector and we were pleased with Michael's expertise, common-sense language and explanations, and cheery attitude. He was very thorough in his inspection, inside and out. He caught the issues we caught and then a few more. If we were to buy a home again, we would definitely call Michael next time.
