I bought this sofa 1 1/2 years ago and I am very disappointed with the quality !! The foam was nice at the beginning , not too soft but it flattens out almost completely when I sit on it now, so the leather stretches a lot and after just this short period of time, it already looks very unattractive. The front of the seat-cushion started to get diagonal creases now that are already quite deep when I am sitting on it. The seat in the middles is like a well you fall in when sitting down. When sitting on the sofa there is quite a gab between the seat-cushion and the back of the seat because the seat-cushion squishes down so much. I have to put the pillow there or else I get lower back pain. The sofa I had before, I was using for more than 15 years and it didn't show as much use as this on in just 18 month.

Foam: We provide different density options to our Retail partners for their floor models. They dictate the seating they prefer on their retail selling floor and how long the piece will be in their store. The length of time in a store can affect the seating of all foam. If the foam has collapsed this would make the leather appear stretched and causes puddling or wrinkles. There are some styles that welcome this relaxed look and are actually made to wrinkle. This occurs naturally on all bench seats. We are unsure of the Retailer you purchased from or the style you purchased.
