I called Rapid Pest Control after discovering a bed bug infestation in my apartment. I was in quite a panic and shocked that this was happening. Imran was so patient with all of my questions and concerns. He was able to conduct an inspection/consultation that same day and my apartment was treated the following day. Three weeks later, he has recently completed the second treatment and I'm so relieved that he didn't find any evidence of bed bug activity. I would highly recommend Imran's services to anyone dealing with a pest control issue as he is punctual, thorough in his inspection and treatment, and incredibly thoughtful (and patient too) with regard to questions and concerns.
