Garage door did not open. I put in my request via homestars and Alex was the first to respond. He was polite and came within the promised window time. He explained the issue and provided the solution. We agreed on price. Price was reasonable. He fixed the door opener on this cold, wintery day. All worked out. We are grateful and appreciate his quick response and timely fix. Will use him again in future.

We had a problem with our air conditioner recently. Called Renato and he came the next day. Checked our AC and fixed the problem. We love Renato because he is honest, very responsive, knowledgeable and price is reasonable. He is a pleasure to deal with. He explained what needs to be done and proposed a solution for the future. We decided to hire Renato and his team after cost-benefits analysis. On the day of installation, Renato and his crew arrived early and completed the installation efficiently. They left our basement clean and tidy. His service cost is reasonable and customer service is excellent. He answered all our questions to our satisfaction. Hiring him and his team for future HVAC services is a no-brainer.
