I found Manjur's home inspection company online and, let me confirm categorically that the high ratings and rave reviews are highly deserved. I had purchased a new condo downtown Ottawa and while I was searching for a comprehensive PDI checklist, I came across one "expert" site that actually recommended against hiring a home inspector for condos. Am I ever glad I ignored that advice - Manjur was personable, prompt and highly professional (having no issues with the fact I needed to do the PDI on a weekend) - he found literally dozens of deficiencies and construction oversights that the condo company's building inspector missed completely. Manjur e-mailed me his complete set of date-stamped photos the next day and his detailed written report the day after.
