Desmond came on a Saturday, within an hour of us speaking. He didn't upsell to fix beyond what was needed, which I certainly appreciated.

Over the course of a winter, my downspout accumulated an amazing amount of ice... and one day it simply tore off the house and took out my fence (thank God it didn't destroy the neighbor's house!). Serge and his guys promptly came to survey the damage, and fixed the downspout on the first warm day... the block of ice still melting on the ground below them. Awesome work for a problem that could have been a lot bigger than it was.
