We had a mild-moderate bedbug situation over a month ago. It was late at night when we realized, and I was panicked, i really wanted it to be dealt with right away. Thankfully this place is open 24 hours. I texted them a picture of the bug we found and they were at our house within 12 hours to do the treatment. Our technician was Fazee, he was thorough, straightforward and kind. He gave us a lot of information about how to prevent pests problems in the future. He treated the house thoroughly (two treatments, two weeks apart), and even came back a month later to follow up and give me peace of mind. I would definitely recommend Fazee's services, he did an excellent job restoring our home to its bug-free state.
