We originally contacted this company because our dishwasher was leaking. Edward diagnosed the problem as a melted part which unfortunately meant that the dishwasher was no longer safe to use. We contacted him to then come and install our new dishwasher and he was fast and professional. When he tested the dishwasher, it sounded like it was leaking on the floor but he showed me what was happening without question. I would recommend this company.
