We had a leak coming from our bathroom down into our living room ceiling. It was a bit difficult to trace but Graham was diligent in trying to find exactly where the origin was. Ultimately it was located and was a very easy fix requiring only some silicone. Unfortunately, our ceiling below had a small amount of water damage. Most if which was cut out to aid in the investigation. Graham said they could provide someone to address that, and right away no less. Sam showed up later in the day and then again the next 2 mornings to patch, mud and sand the area in question. She did a great job, was very courteous and professional - as was Graham. Thanks!
