House was delayed almost 2 years. House was filthy when we closed. Basement leaked in 2 places, never fixed properly. Roof leaked for a year bringing water into our house whenever is rained, never fixed. Floors heaved and had rotten bridging in it. We were told the span was too big, nothing they could do, and they didn't have to fix it. House has a beautiful design, great layout, unfortunatley it was built by lazy, cheap trades that have zero pride in their work. Kaitlin obviously has no pride in their product for allowing this to happen, and then not mending the problems. NEVER buy a Kaitlin House.
