As we bought our first home, we were referred to KELK Inspections by our realtor. Stephen Kelk from KELK Inspections was amazing! I called Monday and he was able to book me in by Wednesday afternoon. He was so thorough with his inspection and answered all the questions we had. He took photos of everything and explained everything in simple terms. When the inspection was over at 7pm, he ensured us we would have our report that night. Sure enough, 11pm that night we had a 49 page descriptive review that was very user friendly. He gave us a great handbook and let us know that he would come back for one of our visits to make sure that the homeowners had solved any of the issues found during the home inspection. Highly, highly recommended and had a great experience!
