Bought a sectionnal two years ago, loved it at first but then came the problems! First it was delivered ripped but the store only wanted to repair it (nothing to do with decorest), then one side panel was broken, tech came but not fully repaired. Then the ipod dock was not working properly as well as the speakers, tech came but brought the wrong pieces and it is still not fixed....and NOW on top of everything, the bottom pannel (tech says its foam) is broken. Paid a great deal of money for the sectionnal to avoid having cheap Chinese furniture and ending up having to buy a new one! Really disappointed in the quality and warranty of the product we bought! Would not recommend, better to buy cheaper furniture and change it more often because this will break anyways!

We have awaited your email but after 11 months to no avail. We have reread your email and noted that for our portion of your service issue we have tried to understand what you mean by side panel and bottom panel. If the foam is the issue we can change the foam, we do not know for sure if that is the issue. We would appreciate assisting you however we need you to contact us.
