We initially liked their service, John was funny & friendly but when it came to delivery, they were behind with no responses even after multiple follow up. However, we went back 6 months later because we liked their selection and pricing. John was really nice again and we bought a sectional and mattress from them and mentioned the dining chair we bought from them 6 months ago has a little crack, they suggested to bring it back so they can fix it for us with no questions asked. It's been almost a month and i am still waiting for my sectional. I have had mixed dealing with them but i would definately go back, you just have to be patient with delivery.
