Richard did a great job servicing our furnace. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable answering all my questions related to the furnace and A/C. He was very honest and did not try to push me into buying anything despite the old age of the furnace which otherwise works well. Great service from High Efficiency Cooling & Heating Inc. company which I highly recommend!
