I contacted Jack based purely on his Homestars positive reports. He arrived well in time for his appointment. He immediately recognized the problem with my dishwasher and changed the $8.50 part. He tightened the dishwasher door and showed us the defective part. His charge was very fair and reasonable. We found Dave to be friendly, knowledgeable and honest and would highly recommend him. We will definitely call Jack whenever we need an appliance repair person.
