Do yourself a favour and don't even consider this company. (if you don't believe me read the other reviews here and on Yelp...wish I had) Techs came in to repair old bearings on dryer. After they left we tried to use dryer...drying sensor did not work at all. Called them back immediately. They told us the best they could do would be next week sometime. Tech finally did return and admitted he made a mistake. Fixed it and left. Tried dryer again (I know we should have made him try it), this time the heat did not work. Called them back...you guessed it, "is sometime next week ok?". We asked about their 24/7 service, they explained they only answer the phone 24/7. Incompetent, frustrating and poor service.

HI Kevin sorry to hear you have a bad experience with our service,
However you called today (Saturday) and we booked you appointment for Monday so your "next week" is actually two days. Usually we are able to come the same day but this time of the year we are very busy. We will try to solve this issue for you as soon as possible and again sorry for the inconvenience.

As to now we have served this costumer twice on our cost including replacing parts in total of 400$ with no extra cost. his dryer is working fine and the costumer is happy with our service according to him. but from some reason this bad complain is still live although we have resolved the problem with costumer. this costumer contact homestar to remove this review but nothing has done from homestar side
