Lorne is a very friendly guy. We hired him three times. Twice were because of emergency. First time it was because our tree fell onto our neighbour's yard. The second time was during a severe storm one branch broke off. Both times he would tell us approximately when they could come and they kept their promise. They cleaned up nicely and they did not rush us to pay. We just hired him to trim our tree. He gave us an estimate and offer to pick up all the deadwoods in our yard with a very reasonable price. We had called other tree companies in the past. One promised to come and never showed up. Other times no one answered the phone.
