Michael at MDM came and removed my 50gal water tank and installed a 200000 btu tankless water heater in my new mechanical room. His advice on the units location optimized the room allowing for more usable space in my house. The work was quality and no corners were cut. Overall it was a hassle free experience with no issues since.
