One of the cables broke, one rail got bent and the door got stuck. The Atlant contractor found the issue to be easy to repair, so he fixed the rail, adjusted the door, re-armed the spring, installed new cables and made the door run as smooth and as quiet as possible. He was a very nice guy to talk to and he suggested how to better take care of the door in the long run. I'll definitely call Atlant again when I need their services.

The team showed up on time, were respectful and worked hard to clean both, interior and exterior windows. The job was spotless and impressed us on how well it was done. The final quality check was done, too, which impressed us once more :-) The team manager, Quincy, is a very nice and respectful person, very pleasant to deal with. We'll definitely ask them to clean our windows next time we need. Thank you, guys!
