The contract was based on leveling, compacting, reseting existing curbs on compacted surface, resurfacing an existing driveway with new asphalt at a specific grade away from both bordering houses. The curbs where reset on loose gravel, the grade was only to the length not the side as discussed, and the surface Finnish leaves much to be desired due to minimal rolling smoothness, even some peaks and valleys.
