I own an older townhouse that was in dire need of a new roof and the original roof had no insulation or venting. I had several companies come and give estimates. Some were very low, and some extremely high. Great West came in around the amount I expected for the work needed. I knew that the roof was going to need new decking, raising a couple of inches to provide venting, soffits for the air venting and insulation that was never there from the start. A couple of companies refused the job because they were afraid of the close proximity to my neighbors roofs and the effect of the work on their roofs. Great West did an excellent job and even provided a temporary repair to one neighbors roof because of the horrible condition of their roof. The job was done on time, efficiently, on budget and there were no problems or delays. They cleaned up afterward and provided me with all the proper documentation to protect my warranty and the quoted work at the quoted price.
