They were prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and very neat. Very personable and seemed genuinely happy to be doing their work. Kept in good contact to confirm installation date and time. Punctual. Very knowledgeable about the product and installation. Hard working, efficient and very neat. They thoroughly cleaned all the dust and debris created during the installation and cleaned the skylight inside and out! I was very impressed with their work and would highly recommend Snow's Construction.

I can't think of anything.
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
Velux recommended Pat Snow as the skylight "expert" and I now know why. He certainly knows a lot about such a fussy piece of equipment. I found it comforting to work with someone recommended by the manufacturer and I'm sure others will as well.
